Rehabilitation Hospital medical team Villa Medica has eleven general practitioners who have acquired expertise in rehabilitation and who are supported by medical specialists acting as consultants (neurologist, psychiatrist, physiatrist). Some general practitioners practice at Villa Medica for several years, others have been added more recently, thus ensuring the succession of the medical team.

Physicians are an integral part of multidisciplinary teams, particularly in defining and monitoring each patient’s rehabilitation plan. They have access to diagnostic services (radiology, laboratory and electrocardiography). Continuing education remains a priority and many of the training activities in which they participate focus on different aspects of rehabilitation.
