EXTERNAL RECRUITMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (PARE) CRITERIA
- The sum is paid to any employee or physician, with the exception of senior executives and DRHCAJ staff, who refers a person for hiring according to the positions concerned, that this person is hired and remains in office for a minimum period of 6 months or until the end of his probation, whichever comes first.
- Persons already hired or who will be hired under the Ministerial Order are excluded from the program.
- The traditional hiring process prevails with regular selection criteria.

For you (referrer):
$500 for the referring employee; payable in two instalments:
- $100 upon hiring the person
- $400 when the person is hired after his probationary period of 6 months for a minimum duration of 6 months or until the end of his probation, whichever comes first.
For the other (referred person):
- $500 for the new employee hired, after having completed a minimum period of 6 months or until the end of his probation, whichever comes first.
