Here are the instructions to follow during an outbreak situation
Before visiting a loved one, please take note of the following information, or for the Close Caregivers Involved in Rehabilitation (PAIR), we invite you to contact 514 288 8201 extension 4633.
- Maximum of 4 people allowed on the visitor list
- 2 people maximum per day
- 1 person at a time in the room
- Wearing PPE (gown, gloves, mask and eye protection) which will be given to you when you arrive at the reception on the ground floor of the hospital as well as training given on the care unit.
The immediate superior assistant has full authority to enforce these instructions and refuse access to a loved one in the event of non-compliance.
We recognize that family members are an integral part of the care team and contribute to the patient’s well-being and recovery. Knowing this in advance, you and your loved one will have a more pleasant and safe visit.
