The Montreal region has changed its alert level and should go into the green zone on June 28, 2021.
Customers of the Villa Medica Rehabilitation Hospital will therefore be able to receive more visitors from June 28, from two different categories.
Relatives involved in rehabilitation (PAIR) can now be up to 3 per client, one relative at a time. These relatives, who participate in the intervention plan, must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) according to the interventions carried out. Access to relatives at the Villa Medica Rehabilitation Hospital is extensive, only a few small restrictions apply. We will explain these to you when making an appointment, which is always necessary.
Visitors other than relatives will be with us again from June 28. Visits will take place in dedicated premises, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays and from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. on weekends, by appointment. Visitors should go directly to the reserved room and leave the hospital at the end of the visit. Access to the unit, the room or the common areas will not be authorized for the moment. Please note that it is also possible to book the outer tent according to a schedule to be confirmed.
To make an appointment, whether you are a relative or a visitor, call: 514-288-8201 ext. 4633. You will be accompanied to ensure that you understand the principles of infection control in an environment where the clientele is vulnerable. You are all welcome, our customers need you! Let us help you make your visits safer.
Consult the Information page for visits to find out the details of the instructions put in place.
