We are pleased to welcome you or your loved one to Villa Medica. It’s a particular context to be hospitalized as to do rehabilitation! Each client admitted to Villa Medica is unfortunately isolated in their room for 14 days and during this period receives their rehabilitation in the room. In order to prevent the risk of transmission of COVID, we limit the travel of our customers and their relatives. Moreover, being very aware of the importance of the family, we have provided for different modalities.

You will be able to have virtual family meetings that will be scheduled at times that suit you. Some family members can become caregivers involved in rehabilitation (PAIR) and will have access to the environment after receiving training.

If during the period of hospitalization you simply wish to have news on the health of your relative, you can reach his nurse by dialing the general number of the center 514 288 8201 and the following extensions:

  • 10th floor: 1050
  • 11th floor: 1150.

Also, you can have virtual meetings through the service aid team. She will be happy to maintain the links between you and your loved one, very precious contacts in the exceptional circumstances that we are experiencing.
